WELCOME TO KAIZEN KARATE

Kaizen Karate has offered martial arts instruction since 2003. Founded by Coach V, we specialize in karate instruction for children of all ages in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. We also offer karate programs for adults with a focus on fitness and self-defense. Our goal is to provide safe, fun, and exciting classes for all of our students in the spirit of continuous improvement.

Belt Requirements

White belts - no uniform required (wear comfortable clothing to class)
White belt with black stripe- need a black Kaizen Karate t-shirt prior to testing for this belt
Orange belts - need a black Kaizen Karate t-shirt prior to testing for this belt
Yellow belts- must have a black Kaizen Karate uniform prior to testing for this belt
Green belts - must have a full set of sparring gear 3-4 months prior to testing for this belt
